1. How do I book a cruise?

Booking a cruise is easy! Simply click on the book now link and fill out our form. The more information you give us the better we are able to find the perfect cruise for you and/or your family.

2. What if I have to cancel my cruise?

We understand that sometimes cancellation cannot be avoided. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have to cancel your cruise. Refund and cancellation policies vary by cruise line and we will notify you of any penalties prior to canceling your reservation. Please send us your cancellation request by email at info@nexcruise.com or by filling out our contact form.

3. What is an onboard credit?

An onboard credit is a monetary credit that is linked to your reservation. This credit will allow you to purchase almost anything you like onboard such as drinks, spa, gifts, pay for gratuities, etc… (although some cruise lines put restrictions on what you can actual purchase).

4. Who is NexCruise?

NexCruise is a cruise agency dedicated in providing superior customer service and lowest available rate. We never stop there. We are always looking out for your best interest and try to exceed your expectations.

Travel Planners International is one of the largest and most well respected travel management companies in the world.  Since 1988 TPI has been providing travel services to both leisure and corporate clients. Cruise Vacations has been around for over 20 years and specializes in interline rates.

Our founder and cruise consultant, Adrian Teixeira, has many years experience in the cruise industry having worked directly with Carnival Cruise Lines and Expedia CruiseShipCenters.

5. How do I know my reservation is safe with NexCruise?

Many people think we actually hold your reservation.  The reality is that your reservation is held with the cruise line.  When we make your reservation, we do it directly with the cruise line.  So don’t worry, it’s safe and secure.

6. So what are you payment and cancellation policies?

We do not make up our own policies.  We have to follow the same deposit, payment, cancellation (and anything else) policy set forth by the cruise line.  Always remember to read your confirmation.  We always send you the cruise lines confirmation which has important information on it.

7. What do I do if I cannot contact anyone?

If by any chance you cannot get in touch with us and you have a time sensitive issue (ie. Final payment or need to cancel your reservation), please check your confirmation to see if it was booked by Travel Planners International or Cruise Vacations. TPI’s direct line is 800-631-3636 and Cruise Vacations direct line is 303-363-1100.
